Userful Corporation, a leading provider of CMS and digital signage, Cisco, and a national carrier of 5G Network services for emergency services, partnered with DCS Global, a cutting-edge tech firm specializing in comprehensive solutions. Our goal? State-wide digital signage to a Department of Transportation that had both high-reliablity and redudancy while remaining off the customer’s network and deployed statewide. Through our partners, DCS Global was charged with improving service delivery, service level objectives and enhance content delivery statewise. The project also included a 5-year contract for ongoing maintenance and support.
