What makes me tick!? Business development, disruptive technology, creating a vision for my team and value for our customers. Running my 22nd marathon (slowly) this year (Lisbon, Portugal), traveling, food, family and rebooting our customer-focused company with a startup vibe.

His out-of-the-box thinking leads his team to big wins in an ever-evolving landscape. He smooths many bumps along the way with his hard-earned intuition and vision.

Craig has over 20 years experience in the areas of telecommunications sales, business transformation, marketing, project management and innovation. During his career, Craig has built a reputation for operational excellence, sales leadership, innovative strategic thinking and working with the highest level of integrity.

Ian has over over 25 years of experience in business transformations, corporate restructurings, growth capital financings, mergers & acquisitions, corporate valuations, financial model and business plan development; forging strategic partnering arrangements leading to profitable and sustainable growth and M&A exit opportunities.

Rich has over over 30 years of designing and delivering technology solutions for organizations. His roles span technology, IT, healthcare and defense, with a passion for telemedicine.

Tom Reynolds

Tom has over 35 years of experience in serial entrepreneurship, executive and managerial roles in the data communications, networking and security industries. Tom is a co‐ founder of four companies and has created and sustained significant new businesses growth within notable multinational companies.

Ernest Jacquet

Independent Board Member

Ernest Jacquet is a finance and investment professional with over three decades of experience in leadership roles across private equity, venture capital, and logistics sectors. After significant tenures with Bain Capital and Summit Partners, he co-founded Parthenon Capital, a Boston-based private equity firm with assets of $4 billion. As its Managing Partner for 15 years, he played a pivotal role in its growth until his retirement.

Subsequently, he co-founded Freedom Capital Partners, a Florida-based investment management firm focusing on mid-market growth-oriented companies. Ernest has held the position of Chairman at International Package Shipping and has been a board member for several corporations, including ACUREX, Astech, and Chase Federal Bank. His leadership was instrumental in the public listing and growth of Interline Brands Inc., an MRO logistics company, which achieved a market value exceeding $1 billion.

Ernest’s commitment to entrepreneurship is evident in his decade-long service as a National Judge for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year program. An alumnus of Stanford Business School, he served as a trustee for the institution’s trust for six years. As a Navy Diving Officer Veteran, Ernest established an MBA scholarship program dedicated to military veterans.
